This is the best jump rope I've ever used! The rope is light enough, yet dense enough for me to perform extremely high speed swings. (Yes, it also hurts a lot when I miss a jump and whip myself haha.) If you're looking to do more than just light cardio, then look no more. This rope is fast enough for you to continuously perform double unders; and if you can challenge yourself to a TRIPLE UNDER, this rope will make it possible.

I figured I'd go for a bargain with the Valeo Deluxe Speed Rope, but I'm a little disappointed with it because I really did get what I paid for. Its rubber is less dense and I have to exert a lot more force from my arms to perform the double unders and the triple under is just impossible. Unfortunately, this 9-ft rope will only fit certain sized frames--about 5'll" to 6'5". Or you'll have to tie a knot(s) down each side to have it fit you if you're shorter.
