I'm on my second round of The Asylum. The agility ladder works perfectly for this program. Yes, it does move easily. That is the point. You are working on speed and agility. I was very frustrated in the beginning because I kept kicking the ladder and moving it. Each week as I improved my agility, I hit the ladder less and less. Now it is very seldom that I hit it. My sped and agility have both improved tremendously! If you keep at it, you will see a significant difference and the ladder will not be all over the place. That's the whole point of the program. You learn to be fast and agile, which in turn makes you a better athlete. I highly reccomend this product and The Asylum! No, I do not work for Beach Body and I am not a coach. I'm just a 41 year old father of two that works hard to stay in shape.
