What's the difference between this $30 super rope
and the $5 speed rope.

For over a year I kept asking myself this question
and curiosity got the best of me.

So I brought a $5 speed rope and the Super Rope
when my $10 leather jump rope snapped into 2 pieces.

And here is what I found:

The $5 speed rope gets the job done. It's light weight,
built pretty solid, and it twirls fast. I would recommend
to anybody .

Now the Super Rope gets the job done and some.

It has handles made of hard plastic that are molded to fit my hand
giving me better control of the rope.

The rope is actually a stainless steel wire that is encased
in pvc plastic. So it has more weight and feels better than
the plastic rope.

This wire is connected to the handles by smooth turning ball
bearings and a spring.

This combination lets the rope turn so much easier.
A little flick of my wrist sends the rope into a full revolution.

I can twirl this rope so fast you can't even see it, the only
sign that it is there is the whirring sounds it makes as it spins.

Doing this with the $5 speed rope took way more effort.

And the super rope turned at speeds that left the cheap plastic
rope in the dust.

As you can see...I love this rope.
And I seriously believe it will last for the next 20 years.

I love this rope...and I would buy it again in a heart beat.
